Oasis Builders is well-trained in replacing and repairing kitchen cabinets and appliances as a result of fire damage. They regularly work with insurance companies and insurance adjusters to minimize your inconveniences. Oasis is also accustomed to boarding up severely damaged properties that have been involved in major fire damage losses. They are regularly first on the scene to secure our customers homes to ensure no further damage or loss occurs.

When a fire destroys one part of a home unfortunately there is always smoke damage throughout the remainder of the home. Oasis has specially trained employees that are certified to handle the smoke damage properly. If damaged items are not immediately treated properly with the required materials they cannot be saved. Oasis always does whatever is necessary to preserve all property and save all treasured belongings.

In losses where a large amount of water has damaged a majority of a residence it may be necessary to remove saturated carpeting and place air blowers throughout the residence to dry all wet areas. Dehumidifiers are also used in cases where humidity levels are high due to the large amount of water. These dehumidifiers work together with the air blowers to minimize any damages and remove all unwanted moisture.

They utilize all the latest technology in Negative pressure and containment methods and all of our technicians are required to complete at least 20 hours of continuing education each year.
Over the past few years the growing concern about toxic mold (shown right) has pre-empted new and much needed research. We now have medical proof that long term exposure can and will cause serious health issues including, but not limited to respiratory irritation, pulmonary infection and other immune related infections. If you recognize any of these symptoms it is always wise to consult your physician. Not all molds are toxic; many common molds exist inherently in furs, wools and other natural materials.
