My “30 + years” of construction experience stems from professional costs analysis to full project management of various construction and insurance restoration projects originating from new custom homes and renovations, to fire and water damage, vehicle and aviation impacts, sink-hole, hurricanes / natural disasters, mold / Chinese drywall remediation and indoor air quality projects of commercial, residential, historical and industrial properties. These 30 + years’ experience has taken me through South Florida, which also cover, renovations and new construction projects, involving luxury high-rise condos, vacation homes, ski-resorts, ocean front estates, restaurants, schools, medical facilities, hospitals, green building technology and true historical restorations throughout portions of South Florida. I have in the past served many major insurance carriers in the capacity as a quality vendor and expert consultant on various pro-contractor programs, throughout South Florida. In the past 30 + years, as an insurance restoration consultant / contractor, I have been directly involved and responsible for the initial inspections, damage cost analysis and assisted in negotiation settlements, due diligence, contracts, purchasing and sales, as well as locating specialty manufactures of various building components to full orchestration and customer relations of each and every project engaged for the company, for well over 5,000 + projects. Also and most recently for the past 10 + years I have been primarily retained as an expert and construction consultant, providing forensic and detailed cost estimations in the evaluations of all types of property damage for many homeowners, insurance professionals, independents and attorneys alike, with respect to damaged residential, commercial & industrial properties, ranging from emergency management services, to major water losses, floods, fires, vandalism, arson, mold and all types of natural disasters. I have been directly involved in the costs estimation and assisted in the full negotiations for property damage settlements for many past hurricane losses throughout South Florida, as well as other various types of losses, ranging in costs up to $3,000,000.00.
